He worked as a Senior oilfield equipment operator and facility maintenance expert from 1988 to 1990. Following that, he served as a fire loss coordinator from 1990 to 1993, further refining his skills and expertise. Bill then returned to his roots as a senior oilfield equipment operator from 1993 to 1999.
In 1999, Bill transitioned into the role of facilities and project manager, where he honed his leadership skills and gained valuable experience. After a successful career in this capacity, he retired briefly before reentering the field as a contract project manager in 2006, a role he continues to excel into this day.
